Need Help?

The hardest part is signing in.  If you have had an appointment with me in the last 3 years you have an account already.  Your user name will be the email I have for you.  If you don’t have your password, no big deal.  Just hit forgot password.  Vagaro (my system) will send you an email to set a new one.  Then log in.


If you are a new guest, or I haven't seen you in forever, you will need to make an account and fill out my guest intake form completely then choose one of the New Guest Booking Options. 


Not sure what to book?  Click Services in the GREY bar.  It will give you a description of everything I do.  Pick what you think is best.  I will get notified to double check it before it becomes an actual appointment so just go ahead and pick a service.


Next, pick a date.  It will show you all the available times for that date.  If no times are listed I am either out of the salon that day or I am already full for that amount of time.  It will automatically show you my next available date for the amount of time needed.


Once you find a date and time, read the fine print, add any notes you’d like me to see, then hit REQUEST.

As soon as I have a chance I’ll double check the appointment.  I will contact you if I have any questions and then I will accept it.  At that point you will get an email confirming you have the appointment.  The email is automatic so, if you don't get one within 24 hours something went wrong. Send me a message so I can get it straightened out.


If you didn’t find a date or time that worked you should have seen another option…. “Add to Waitlist.”  You can definitely add yourself to my waitlist in case I have a cancellation but I also want you to choose the first available option that works for you just in case nothing opens up before then.


Pick an easy password or have your phone save it.  Logging in really is the hardest part!!
